Our fusible links are %100 made in Turkey and shipped to Turkish and Middle East markets.
Our fusible link has CE marking and were passed the all tests and certified by Yıldız Technical University.
What is the fusible link, attached to the fire damper?
Fusible links, attached to the fire damper, are temperature sensitive devices, melted at 72C (165F) or 100C (212F) or specified temperatures.
When the room temperature reaches the certain temperature, the fire damper, activated by a fusible link which melts at specified temperature and allowing springs to close the damper blades to prevent the spread of smoke inside ducting system.
The Activation Temperature : 73°C (165F), 100C (212F)
The Allowed Weight/Force Limits : Min: 10 kg (22 Ibm) and Max:50 kg (110 Ibm)
Note: Minimum applied force (pull acting) has to be least 10kg (98,1Newton) to activate the system when the temperature reaches to the specified one.
The spring assembly system has to be tested and make sure the applied force is in the allowed weight/force range, specified above. It is not allow it to be used if the assembly system doesn't create enough pull acting force, which is minimum 10kg (98.1 Newton)
